2021 Phase 5 Gadget Foil Package

This year Phase 5 has released their first skim-style foil board, the Gadget. The Gadget’s thin skim-style core allows it to be super maneuverable and nimble under your feet. The thinner profile also takes out some board volume making it easier to control and get up on the foil.

The Phase 5 Gadget utilizes the track mount system on the bottom. This allows an experienced foiler to mount any foil they choose while being able to micro-adjust it for their own setup. Foot straps are also included as an optional feature. Straps can give the rider a stronger connection to the board for even more responsive turns, and also makes getting up on the board easier. If you want a more freeform riding experience the straps can be removed and the P5 Techno Grip Traction V2 alone gives a very tactile connection to the board.

The Phase 5 Gadget Foil Package comes with the Nova Foil Assembly from Ride Engine. This package includes the larger 760 Front Wing for increased overall lift and stability. That means this foil is a great option for any rider weight and generates lift at slower speeds for effortless foiling.
