Second Wind Windsurf Lesson

Have you had a taste of windsurfing and found yourself hooked, or are you ready to dive back in? Theres so much more to discover! Join us for a session that takes you beyond the basics. In this 2-hour session, well teach you techniques to help you go faster, master all points of sail, and gain control over your direction so you can navigate the water with ease (apart from sailing straight into the wind, of course!). Well also fine-tune your turns, making them faster and more fluid.

Before hitting the water, well review the wind conditions, tides, and go over essential safety tips to ensure you get the most out of your session. Depending on conditions, our instructor will get on kit of their own to follow you to get more of a immersive, outgoing and progressive lesson.

This 2-hour lesson will include some land-based training to run over previously learnt skills and introduce new ones.

Lesson includes:

1x windsurfing kit

1x BA 1x wetsuit (if needed)

1x instructor

Previous windsurfing experience is needed, in particular something similar to our previous windsurf lesson, Intro to Windsurf.

Conditions suitable for this session are light to moderate winds up to 23knots, preferrably an on-shore wind direction. If the session you book is not within these parameters, we will call you to rebook so we can make the most of your time!

We are located at the shallow and safe waters of Whitely Lake in Poole Harbour. We can be identified by our van and trailer with our logo and action images of our equipment on the side. Which is parked next to the sand and opposite the Tesco express as you come into Sandbanks. The postcode is BH13 7PW. It is a two-minute drive or 20-minute walk from our shop at BH148HU.
